1. About Our Sessions
Little Language & Sensory Co. provides sensory-rich play sessions designed to support early communication, exploration and development in babies and preschool children.
Sessions are delivered by qualified therapists (Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language Therapy), and activities are informed by our professional training, knowledge and experience in child development.
However, our sessions are not therapy sessions and should not be considered a substitute for individual therapeutic assessment or treatment.
If you have concerns about your child’s development, we recommend seeking advice from a healthcare professional.

2. Booking & Payment
• All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking platform or website.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to limited spaces:
• Bookings are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend a session, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
• At our discretion, we may offer the option to transfer your booking to another session if sufficient notice is provided.
If a session is cancelled by Little Language & Sensory Co., a full refund or transfer to another session will be offered.

4. Illness
For the wellbeing of all families attending:
Please do not attend if your child or accompanying adult is unwell, including symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhoea or contagious illness.

5. Supervision of Children
Children remain the full responsibility of their parent or caregiver at all times during sessions.
Our sessions involve sensory play and movement activities and children must be supervised throughout.

6. Safety
We take reasonable steps to ensure sessions are safe and suitable for young children. However, by attending sessions you acknowledge that sensory play activities may involve movement, exploration and mess.
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring activities are appropriate for their child.

7. Photography & Social Media
From time to time we may take photographs for promotional purposes (e.g. website or social media).
• We will always ask permission beforehand.
• No photographs of children will be used without explicit parental consent.

8. Professional Scope
Our sessions are educational and developmental play groups, not clinical therapy services.
Although sessions are delivered by qualified therapists, attendance does not establish a therapist–client relationship, nor does it replace formal assessment or therapy services.

9. Liability
Little Language & Sensory Co. accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage except where caused by negligence.
Parents and carers are responsible for the supervision and safety of their child at all times.

Little Language & Sensory Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
