Where are the workshops held?
Our sessions take place at the Jubilee Suite, Everyone Active, King George's Playing Field, 1 Hartswood Pavilion, Brentwood, CM13 2FD. You will find a car park conveniently located right next to the pavilion with a small fee.
Are the workshops suitable for all babies/toddlers?
Are the workshops suitable for all preschoolers? Our sessions are aimed at supporting babies and toddlers with delays in their development (for example speech, language, communication, social interaction, play, attention, and motor skills). However, all children will benefit from the sessions and are very welcome.
How many workshops can I attend?
You are welcome to attend as many workshops as you like. Each session focuses on different sensory and language themes to support your child's ongoing development.
How do I book?
Simply visit our secure online portal to reserve your spot on a first-come, first-served basis. After you book, we will send an email with all the session details and location info for our workshops.
What if I can't attend?
Please email us 48 hours early for a full refund. While later cancellations are non-refundable, we understand things happen, so you are welcome to transfer your booking to a new date one time if there is space available.
Do you offer 1:1 therapy?
At present, we only offer parent–toddler workshops in order to equip parents and carers with skills and knowledge to support their child’s development at home.
Sibling Discount

Refund Policy
Full Refund
To receive a full refund, please notify us via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop session begins. We aim to process these requests promptly within 5-7 working days.
Non-Refundable
If notification is received less than 48 hours before the start of the session, the booking becomes non-refundable. This policy helps us manage workshop capacity and resource preparation.
One-Time Transfer
In instances where 48 hours’ notice is not possible, we offer families the opportunity to transfer their booking to an alternative date on one occasion, subject to availability.
